Interested in your very own, unique Nightwind hobbyhorse? You're in the right place. Prices, materials and other basic information is listed here. You can find more pictures of my hobbyhorses on my Instagram. You can get a price estimate for your order via email or Instagram.

PRICES

Fillings are included in all price classes. Shipping costs are not included, the buyer pays for the shipping costs if retrieval of the commission isn't possible.

270€ - A basic velboa hobbyhorse (size around A3, depends on the breed). Max mane length is 15 cm. A small sewn-on marking (for example snips or stars) can be included for free.

150€ - A basic foal (size A4) made of velboa fabric. The mane is short (3-5cm) to resemble a real foal's mane. A small sewn-on marking, ordinary eyes and nostrils are included in the price.

Feel free to contact me if you have a special idea in mind, for example other breeds like donkeys, mules, unicorns etc.

DETAILS

20€ and up - Skewbald/piebald/sewn-in big markings

5€ and up - smaller sewn-in markings

5€ and up - colorations (dark color around the muzzle for example)

10€ and up - dapples

5€ and up - painted eyes (made of leather instead of felt)

This hobbyhorse has painted blue eyes, light brown & black details and sewn-in white markings. The price of this kind of hobbyhorse is usually around 300-340 €.

MATERIALS

Velboa fabric

Velboa is the most popular hobbyhorse fabric. It's soft and cuddly, and resembles the fur of a real horse. The pile is 3mm. I have many different shades of brown, beige and gray, and basic black and white fabric.

Other velboa fabric colors: Dark brown, gray, light gray

Contact me if you have a specific fabric in mind, for example faux fur.

Yarns

The mane of a hobbyhorse is typically made of yarn. The yarn is chosen depending on how the customer wants the horse's mane to look and feel.

Available yarns: Novita wool yarns, mohair

COMMISSION FORM

A form needs to be filled in so that I know what kind of horse the customer wants. Describe your horse as accurately as possible or use a picture/artwork.

Details: A blaze, brown painted eyes and dark coloring around the muzzle. I want the horse in showjumper shape.

Additional information: I have pictures of a real horse that I want my hobbyhorse to be based on. My Instagram is @example and I allow my account to be mentioned by you regarding the commission.

COMMISSION INFO

The hobbyhorses are handmade and made exactly as in the buyer's plan.
If you are a minor, you need permission from your parents before ordering.
Before I start making the hobbyhorse, the client needs to pay 25% of the horse's price beforehand. This payment will not be returned after I have started making your horse.
You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal. I will ship your commission when the payment has reached my account.
You get a spot in the commission queue by sending me an email or an Instagram message with the commission form.
You can get a price estimation via Instagram or email by sending me your design.
The waiting time varies depending on how busy I am. It usually takes me about 3-5 weeks to finish a commission.
